Head Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef)
Lead our pizza station with mastery and passion. As Head Pizzaiolo, you'll oversee dough preparation, manage wood-fired oven operations, train junior kitchen staff, and ensure every pizza leaving the kitchen meets Pizzana's exacting Neapolitan standards. You'll work directly with our executive chef to develop seasonal specials and maintain recipe consistency.
- 3+ years pizza/Italian kitchen experience
- Wood-fired oven proficiency

Front-of-House Server
Be the face of the Pizzana experience. Our servers are warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about food. You'll guide guests through the menu, deliver orders with care, and ensure every visit is memorable. Full menu training is provided, and we celebrate exceptional service with performance bonuses.

Sous Chef – Antipasti & Pasta
Support our executive chef in creating and executing Pizzana's antipasti and handmade pasta offerings. You'll oversee daily mise en place, manage ingredient sourcing alongside the kitchen manager, and plate dishes to our high visual and flavor standards. This role offers significant creative input in seasonal menu development.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience

Barista & Beverage Specialist
Craft exceptional coffee, fresh-pressed juices, and Italian sodas to complement our food menu. As Barista & Beverage Specialist, you'll maintain our bar setup, execute drink orders with precision and presentation, and help curate a seasonal beverage menu that pairs beautifully with our pizzana offerings.

Restaurant Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pizzana Los Angeles location. As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a team of 15–25 staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, ensure compliance with health standards, handle guest relations, and collaborate with ownership on business growth strategies. This is a leadership role with strong earning potential.
